The heart of yoga located opposite Oak Park Train Station, in Melbourne's North West.
 

Our team are passionate, unique, dedicated teachers

 who are here to guide you to find alignment in your body, mind, and soul, reconnecting you back in with your true essence.

We support you with learning to manage stress,  teaching techniques to do so through Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Mantra.

We are a functional and friendly studio, open to all levels of experience, including disability support. We cater from the beginner to the seasoned yogi.
